Custom fit AIO Morning Repositioner (AIO MR) is a single piece device worn on your lower teeth. after waking up in the morning and taking out your AIO Breathe you have been using all night for snoring or OSA. Be sure to remove your AIO Breathe from your mouth when using the morning repositioner AIO MR). The device is custom made from the impressions you provide for construction of your AIO Breathe oral appliance which is used in treatment of snoring and obstructive sleep apnea (OSA). AIO MR is not to be used in place of AIO BREATHE at night. AIO MR is not used to treat snoring or OSA.
When do I need the AIO morning repositioner (AIO MR)?
You need the AIO MR if you feel like your bite feels different after removing the AIO BREATHE in the morning.
How do I use the AIO morning repositioner (AIO MR)?
It must be worn for 15-30 minutes in the morning after removing the AIO BREATHE from your mouth. Gently grind and clench your teeth with AIO MR placed securely on your lower teeth in your mouth for 15-30 minutes until your jaw and teeth feel like they have returned to their usual feeling. Then remove it and wash, clean with soap water, wash and dry, and replace it in your AIO BREATHE case. Please consult your prescribing doctor or dentist if you have any concerns or questions.

How AIO Breathe Works
- Enhanced Airway: Increases the patient's airway during sleep, improving air exchange, reducing snoring, and alleviating obstructive sleep apnea symptoms.
- Protrusive Flanges: Features right and left protrusive flanges that engage with corresponding vertical flanges, repositioning the jaw to reflect the dentist's prescribed anterior mandibular advancement, maintained whether the mouth is open or closed.
- Mandibular Plateaus: Guides the mandible downward, opening the anterior airway. The plateaus and flanges allow vertical jaw opening and maintain advancement in both open and closed mouth positions.
