Protocol: Sleep Specialist recommended testing only. Requires evaluation by our Sleep Physician or a valid prescription from a board-certified Sleep Physician. Requires full workup of sleep disorders and exclusion or treatment of other sleep disorders and clinical evaluation and suspicion of Narcolepsy (Type N1) with cataplexy prior to blood testing.
Our clinical evaluation protocol and blood testing may remove cumbersome traditional process of spinal tap or a full daytime Nap Testing following night sleep testing in a sleep center.
Sleep testing for other major sleep disorders such as OSA (Sleep Apnea) and treatment with Oral Appliances like AIO BREATHE or a CPAP/BIPAP device may still need to be done to exclude or treat sleep disorders.

How AIO Breathe Works
- Enhanced Airway: Increases the patient's airway during sleep, improving air exchange, reducing snoring, and alleviating obstructive sleep apnea symptoms.
- Protrusive Flanges: Features right and left protrusive flanges that engage with corresponding vertical flanges, repositioning the jaw to reflect the dentist's prescribed anterior mandibular advancement, maintained whether the mouth is open or closed.
- Mandibular Plateaus: Guides the mandible downward, opening the anterior airway. The plateaus and flanges allow vertical jaw opening and maintain advancement in both open and closed mouth positions.
