AIOMEGA™ AIO™ extended limited liability warranty for the following AIO™ line of devices:
- BREATHE™
- BRUT™
- COMFORT™
- GRIT™
- MB™
- SWIFT™
- REVIVE™
We highly recommend purchasing this additional warranty for added peace of mind.
Choose extension from one-to-five years.
This warranty can be purchased within 90 days of original purchase of the device.
This warranty starts after the existing one-year warranty for your device ends.
This warranty covers replacement of broken component (upper maxillary tray or lower mandibular tray) of the AIO device system.
It does not cover any prescription changes or modifications made by the physician or dentist.
If you order a new device or if a new prescription or order is placed by your dentist or physician, it will be processed as a new purchase. It will not be covered by this extended warranty.
This warranty is fulfilled by AIOMEGA production facility and can be redeemed by bringing the device to the location of original purchase or any AIOMEGA authorized retailer, physician or dentist.
Immediately inform your retailer, physician or dentist in writing if your device component breaks.
Bring the device for inspection into the nearest AIOMEGA retailer, physician or dentist. They will place the order for replacement component with AIOMEGA. AIOMEGA will manufacture and ship the component to the location from where the order was received.
Your retailer, physician or dentist should notify you when it arrives at their location and is ready for pick-up.

How AIO Breathe Works
- Enhanced Airway: Increases the patient's airway during sleep, improving air exchange, reducing snoring, and alleviating obstructive sleep apnea symptoms.
- Protrusive Flanges: Features right and left protrusive flanges that engage with corresponding vertical flanges, repositioning the jaw to reflect the dentist's prescribed anterior mandibular advancement, maintained whether the mouth is open or closed.
- Mandibular Plateaus: Guides the mandible downward, opening the anterior airway. The plateaus and flanges allow vertical jaw opening and maintain advancement in both open and closed mouth positions.
My previous experience with CPAP and oral appliance were so bad. Dr Ghuge made AIO BREATHE for me which is the most comfortable oral appliance ever!
