It is adaptive as it glides right over the bridge of the users nose. It is remarkably easy to insert and is able to work with a wide range of facial shapes and sizes.

How AIO Breathe Works
- Enhanced Airway: Increases the patient's airway during sleep, improving air exchange, reducing snoring, and alleviating obstructive sleep apnea symptoms.
- Protrusive Flanges: Features right and left protrusive flanges that engage with corresponding vertical flanges, repositioning the jaw to reflect the dentist's prescribed anterior mandibular advancement, maintained whether the mouth is open or closed.
- Mandibular Plateaus: Guides the mandible downward, opening the anterior airway. The plateaus and flanges allow vertical jaw opening and maintain advancement in both open and closed mouth positions.
